Adolescent Program Dates * there must be a minimum of 3 adolescents/parent-guardians registered for the adolescent program to take place*

Youth, Young Adults and Family Intensive Retreat Dates

Please contact the Center to be added to the call-back list for this programming. Sessions offered when 6 families registered and confirmed to participate.  In the interim, please know families are welcome to come a spend a facilitated, supported day or ½ day. Includes an opportunity to tour, share a meal and/or be involved in some program activities.

BRIDGEPOINT MUST RECEIVE APPLICATION AND REFERRAL FORMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND NO LATER THAN TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ORIENTATION AND MEDICAL FORMS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ORIENTATION.
