Are you a parent, spouse, or friend of someone with an eating disorder who feels unsure how to respond, set boundaries, or support them through intense emotions?
You’re not alone—and support is available.
Inspired by Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), this practical, evidence-based workshop blends compassion, humor, and hands-on tools to help caregivers strengthen relationships, increase cooperation, and respond to emotional reactions such as anxiety, anger, hopelessness, or silence. Unlike traditional parenting models, EFFT emphasizes that families can be a powerful part of the healing process. You’ll learn strategies to restore connection, navigate tough conversations, and overcome your own emotional blocks along the way.
