Mindfulness can allow you to have increased emotional regulation and the use of more adaptive coping skills. Mindfulness could be the key to achieving lasting recovery. The intention of this series is to learn to be aware and pay attention to what you are thinking, feeling or experiencing in the moment and be able to slow down long enough to be with one’s self. It only takes a commitment of a few minutes each day dedicated to the journey of mindfulness to experience the benefits!

Eating Disorder Recovery- Building Your Recovery Team

Riding the Wave is an online youth wellness course that focuses primarily on mental health and well-being. Co-designed by BridgePoint and CMHA Saskatoon,  this is a self-paced online course where you will learn resiliency, communication skills, how to find support and be a support for others, anxiety reduction techniques, and cultural approaches to mental health.

We hope your biggest takeaway will be that you are not alone. You are not the only person experiencing mental health challenges. Support is out there. We are here for you.

YOUTH EATING DISORDER RECOVERY COURSE

 

This course was built by a multi-disciplinary team of eating disorder professionals at BridgePoint. This course was built for youth experiencing disordered eating or eating disorders. Enjoy the convenience of virtual access to presentations, tools, strategies, and activities to practice at home. A formal diagnosis is not required to join.
